Daniel Franc, MD, PhD, is an expert neurologist who offers a comprehensive approach to treating patients with disorders affecting the neurological system including diseases such as adult hydrocephalus, normal pressure hydrocephalus, Alzheimer’s, dementia, other neuropsychiatric problems and brain-related and nervous system conditions.
Dr. Franc received his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Iowa. He went on to earn his PhD in Neuroscience and his Doctor of Medicine degree from University of Minnesota. He completed a residency in Neurology at UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Franc has received the UCLA Department of Neurology Resident Research Award, UCLA Neuroinformatics Research Award, and the Steer Family Award in Diabetes Research at University of Minnesota. Dr. Franc is currently involved in numerous neurological studies in the capacity of co-director, primary investigator, and sub-investigator.
Dr. Franc has lived in Denmark, Sicily, Russia and Brazil doing health research and is proficient in Danish, Russian, Spanish and French.
